Last week Brian was filmed in and around Birmingham for the BBC programme ‘The One Show’. It’s part of a strand of short VTs about this year’s shortlist of National Lottery Awards that highlight the heritage and local community of buildings and places.

In particular, Brian’s piece is about the Home of Metal exhibition that took place in Birmingham in 2011. A season of events that celebrated Birmingham and the Black Country as the home of heavy metal.

It is due to be aired on BBC1, at 7.00pm on Wednesday 2nd July.
